Gardens of Delight
OngoingDirect contract with SPAS Infrastructures for 30 villas (2,640 sq ft average built-up) in this Mangalore township, where 70 villas are already built. On site since March 2026, the first 5 are in execution, with the remainder scheduled. Scope covers villa structures plus site infrastructure: retaining walls, internal roads and drainage, water lines, sump, play area and basketball court. The balance of the land is being replanned as an 8-tower apartment development, currently in approvals.
Om Sree Gallaxy
CompletedAround 3 lakh sq ft of residential and podium painting across four blocks of this 2,010-unit development, delivered over about a year and contracted directly with Om Sree Builders & Developers.
Magic Breeze
CompletedAround 2 lakh sq ft of interior and exterior painting, including facade finishing, on an aluminium formwork (Mivan) structure by Pooja Crafted Homes. Executed under Medhansh Profiles, the project's facade contractor, with interior works for some homeowners.
