Site Supervisor (Mestri)
Hyderabad and Mangalore.

We are hiring site supervisors (also called mestri, maistry or foreman) for building construction. You lead crews through structural, masonry, finishing or infrastructure work, check that each stage is done properly before it is covered up, and keep the daily records the site engineer needs.

What you will do

• Plan and allocate the day's work to masons, centring, bar bending and finishing crews
• Check workmanship stage by stage before work moves on
• Keep labour attendance and material usage records
• Report progress and issues to the site engineer every day
• Enforce PPE and safe working, especially at height and around excavations

What we look for

• At least 5 years as a supervisor, mestri or foreman in building construction
• Able to read basic drawings and check levels
• Experience leading crews of 15 to 30 workers
• Willing to work on our Hyderabad or Mangalore sites
• For our Mangalore sites: able to speak Tulu (Kannada also helps)

Good to have

• ITI or diploma in civil
• Villa or township experience
