Civil Site Engineer
Hyderabad and Mangalore.

We are hiring civil site engineers (diploma or B.E./B.Tech) to run construction on our villa, residential and infrastructure sites in Hyderabad and Mangalore. You are the link between the drawings and the work: you make sure each stage is right before the next one starts, and keep the records our billing and our clients rely on.

What you will do

• Set out and check levels, lines and dimensions against the drawings
• Check reinforcement and shuttering before every pour, and get stage approvals
• Allocate daily work to crews and subcontractors, and follow up on progress
• Record measurements and quantities for billing (M-book) as the work goes in
• Check materials on arrival against the specification
• Send daily progress reports with photos
• Make sure PPE is worn and run daily toolbox talks

What we look for

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• At least 2 years of site execution on residential, villa or infrastructure projects
• Comfortable reading structural and architectural drawings and bar bending schedules
• Basic Excel and phone-based reporting
• Willing to work on our Hyderabad or Mangalore sites
• For our Mangalore sites: able to speak Tulu (Kannada also helps)

Good to have

• Experience with retaining walls, internal roads or drainage
• Telugu or Hindi for Hyderabad sites, plus working English
