Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer
Hyderabad (office).

We are hiring a quantity surveyor (QS) / billing engineer for our office in Hyderabad. You take off quantities from drawings, prepare BOQs, estimates and rate analysis, and turn site measurements into running account (RA) bills.

What you will do

• Quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings
• Estimates and rate analysis for tenders and proposals
• Running account (RA) bills from site measurement records
• Check subcontractor bills against measured work
• Keep cost and billing records up to date

What we look for

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• At least 2 years in quantity surveying, estimation or billing
• Strong Excel skills
• Able to read AutoCAD drawings

Good to have

• Experience with residential or villa projects
• Knowledge of IS code measurement practice
